Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, February 12, 2025 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, February 12th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor E Garms, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 4 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of January 15, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by E Garms and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were no building permits, no zoning permits, and no surveys to be reviewed. 4. There were no county violations and local violations to be discussed. 5. GCAC Report: John Droske not present, no report. 6. The board discussed the Road Work 2025, no action taken. 7. The board discussed the purchase of a 9 in stainless steel used salt/sand auger for the Sterling. Motion by B McKee seconded by E Garms and carried 3-0-0 to approve the purchase of used 9 in stainless steel auger to replace on Sterling for the purchase price of $6766.03. 8. The board discussed salt/sand roof will collect more information for later date. 9. The January’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $26,094.93 in checking. $1,392,278.09 in money market and $72,773.54 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 10. The check list Bank Account – 1/16/2025 – 2/12/2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 11. The Balance Sheet for January 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 12. The 2024 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13.
