PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, February 6, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members, Tom McDougall, Ida Frizzell, and Gene Pederson, alternates Marlene Sannes & Darrie Nelson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as 6 residents, Dan Bowers (planning and zoning), Jeremiah Parker(developer) & John Pavelski(county executive). The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of January 2, 2025. Motion by T McDougall seconded by I Frizzell and carried 4-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the request by Jeremiah Parker of E2855 Old Amish Rd, Amherst to change zoning for parcels 022-22-1021-14.02 26 acres and 022-22-1021-15.01 20 acres zoned RL. Motion by M Sannes seconded by T McDougall to deny the request and carried a 4-0-0. 3. T McDougall made motion to adjourn seconded by I Frizzell and carried a 4-0-0 at 10:44 a.m. These minutes were taken at a meeting of the Town of Lanark Plan Commission held on the 6th day of February 2025 and were entered into the record book this ____day of ________2025 by: ______________________________________Clerk, Town of Lanark
