VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING THURSDAY , JULY 9, 2026 6:00 PM AT THE VILLAGE HALL AGENDA 1. Call to Order by S. Baertschi at 6:00 p.m. 2. Roll Call – Present – Sandy Baertschi & John Thomson Absent – Nathaniel Francis, Joe Schwengels, & David Stelter Also present – O’Malley Lomax 3. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Review status of properties previously notified via clean-up letters, discuss any new properties that need to be contacted Several properties in town were discussed including a property on Haberdale Drive and on Edward Street. Several other properties are seeing improvement. No action taken at this time on those properties. 4. DISCUSSION ON OTHER MATTERS NOT PROPOSED FOR ACTION No other items discussed 5. SET DATE OF NEXT MEETING Next meeting scheduled for August 17 th at 6:00 p.m. 6. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn by J. Thomson. 2 nd by S. Baertschi.
