VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 6:00 PM THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the Village of Footville on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Footville Village Hall, 261 N Gilbert Street. This hearing will be conducted for the purpose of all interested parties concerning the Conditional Use Permit and Rezoning of 148 Railroad St – Rite Industrial Movers, LLC. Copies of the Conditional Use Permit application and Rezoning application are available for public inspection at the Footville Village Hall during regular office hours . If you cannot attend the public hearing and wish to express your opinion , you may write a letter to the Village and drop it in the drop box at the Village Hall or mail it to: Village of Footville, P.O. Box 445, Footville, WI 53537 A quorum of other governmental bodies of the Village of Footville may be in attendance at the Public Hearing for the purpose of gathering information.
