VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE POLICE AND FIRE COMMITTEE THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2026 MEETING MINUTES A Meeting for the Police and Fire Department Committee for the Village of Footville was called to order at 5:00 pm, by Chairperson Nichole Conaway. Committee members present: John Thomson and David Wells Also present: Officer Robert Shrock, Don Bomkamp, and Craig Keller DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION: The committee discussed the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Footville and the Town of Plymouth concerning a Municipal Court and Law Enforcement drafted by Chairperson Nichole Conaway. The committee unanimously agreed to present the agreement to the Village of Footville Board for review/approval on May 7, 2026.
