PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, January 2, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members, M Sannes, T McDougall, and D Nelson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as no residents. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of November 7, 2024. Motion by T McDougall seconded by B McKee and carried 4-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the request by Timothy Lee Eddy, 5630 Morgan Road, Amherst to divide 022-22-1003-10.01, all of Lot 1 of Portage County certified survey map no. 6336, located in the NE ¼ SW ¼ of section 3, Township 22 North, Range 10 East, into two parcels Lot 1 being 14.122 acres and Lot 2 being 10.001 acres which zoned A2. Motion T Mc Dougall by seconded by D Nelson to recommend the approval of and split request to the Town Board and carried a 4-0-0. 3. T McDougall made motion to adjourn seconded by B McKee and carried a 4-0-0 at 10:18 a.m. These minutes were taken at a meeting of the Town of Lanark Plan Commission held on the 2nd day of January 2025 and were entered into the record book this ____day of ________2025 by: ______________________________________Clerk, Town of Lanark
