PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, November 7, 2024 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, November 7th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members Tom McDougall, Ida Frizzell, and Dary Nelson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as surveyor, Aaron Parks. The meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of September 11, 2024. Motion by T Mc Dougall seconded by I Frizzell and carried 3-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the request by Michael Laskowski 6429 County Road A, Amherst to join 022-22-1017-01.02, 7.65acres RL, 022-22-1017-01.03, 3.5 acres A3, 022-22-1017-04.05, 33.77acres RL, 022-22-1017-02.02, 20 acres RL, 022-22-1017- 03.01, 21 acres RL & CON parcels at 6330 County Road A, Amherst, Wisconsin. Motion by T McDougall seconded by I Frizzell to recommend the approval to the Town Board and carried a 3-0-0. 3.
