TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2024 The Lanark Town board met at the Town Hall on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 10:27 a.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, and 3 residents. The meeting was called to order at 10:27 a.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. 1. The Town Board discussed the request by Lucht Family Irrevocable Trust 10517 Buelow Road, Amherst to split parcel 0222221021-03.02 at 9894 County Road K, Amherst, Wisconsin 35 acres zoned A3. Motion by M. Pagel seconded by B. McKee to approve a 5 acres land split 2-0-0. 2. The Town Board discussed request by Shawn Newton 7801 River Road, Suring, WI to combine parcels 022-28-12 1.83 acres zoned R1 and 022-28-13 1.83 acres zoned R1. Motion by M. Pagel seconded by B. McKee to approve the combining of parcels 2-0-0. 3. Motion to adjourn by M. Pagel seconded by M.
