CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE June 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Sendelbach, Solsrud Mayor Hauser, Administrator Morelan and Clerk-Treasurer Witte Absent: Morris, Sunday The Committee of the Whole met to discuss/assess current city hall facilities and future needs as well as current staffing challenges and organizational needs. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members reviewed current city hall conditions, staffing and operational impacts, long-term options and financial considerations. Council members discussed current staffing levels and challenges, potential solutions including the creation of a second deputy clerk/treasurer position and budgetary impacts.
