City of Fox Lake Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fox Lake May 13 , 2026 Minutes A meeting of the City of Fox Lake Redevelopment Authority was held on May 13 , 2026. Chair Mary Perkins called the meeting to order at 5 PM. Roll call was taken with Mary Perkins, Dennis Hollnagel, Sam Jenswold, Angela Thomas, Sarah Theaner and Dennis Linke present. Steve Christian was excused. Also present was City Administrator Kelly Crombie and Mayor Tom Bednarek. Sarah Theander seconded by Dennis Linke moved to approve the minutes of the March 4 , 202 6 meeting. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. Members of the Redevelopment Authority discussed possible RDA initiatives for Downtown Business District. Being no further business, Mary Perkins seconded by Dennis Hollnagel moved to adjourn. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote and the RDA adjourned at 6 PM .
