SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS May 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Special Meeting Mayor Hauser, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris (5:02 pm), Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Eduardo Hernandez, Police Chief; Drew Morelan, Administrator; Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Council Member Solsrud made a motion at 5:01 p.m. to go into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (c), “Considering employment, promotion, compensation and performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility…”, specifically for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Police Officer. Council Member Johnson seconded, and the motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Nays – 0 Absent - Morris Council Member Morris arrives at 5:02 p.m. Mayor Hauser brought the meeting back into open session at 7:08 p.m. by unanimous consent.
