City of Fox Lake Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fox Lake January 14, 2026 Minutes A meeting of the City of Fox Lake Redevelopment Authority was held on January 14, 2026. Chair Mary Perkins called the meeting to order at 5 PM. Roll call was taken with Mary Perkins, Dennis Hollnagel, Sam Jenswold, Steve Christian and Dennis Linke present. Sarah Theander and Sandy Quirk were excused. Also present was City Administrator Kelly Crombie and Mayor Tom Bednarek. Dennis Linke seconded by Dennis Hollnagel moved to approve the minutes of the October 8, 2025 meeting. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. Crombie provided an update on the Clausen Park projects. Crombie prided an update on development activities in the City of Fox Lake. Sam Jenswold seconded by Dennis Hollnagel to approve development agreement between the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fox Lake and Latkco LLC for Jen-Ter expansion. The motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote. Crombie and the Authority discussed the possibility of the City creating a Fox Lake Construction Task Force. Crombie discussed the easement on RDA owned land in the industrial park. Crombie and the Authority discussed possible RDA initiatives for Downtown Business District. Being no further business, Sam Jenswold seconded by Dennis Hollnagel moved to adjourn. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote and the RDA adjourned at 5:45.
