City of Fox Lake Clausen Park Ad Hoc Committee April 2, 2025 Minutes A meeting of the City of Fox Lake Clausen Park Ad Hoc Committee was held on April 2, 2025. Chair Sarah Theander called the meeting to order at 5:30 . Roll call was taken with members Marcy Benz, Lynn Sullivan, Brian Igl, Kayal Igl, Sarah Theander, Becky Bussian and Dennis Linke being present. Member Pete Hartzheim was excused. Also present were Mayor Tom Bednarek and City Administrator Attorney Kelly Crombie. City Administrator Crombie certified that the meeting was properly noticed. Dennis Linke seconded by Lynn Sullivan moved to approve the minutes from the March 17, 2025 meeting. The motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. The Committee discussed the revised proposal from Lee Recreation. Motion by Marcy Benz seconded by Dennis Linke to approve recommending to the City Council the Lee Recreation proposal with adding back the play panels, looking at a swing and the teal color choice. Motion carried on a unanimous vote. The Committee discussed donor reconciliations and would continue discussions on this as the project is continuing. City Administrator Crombie provided an update on the projects. Being no further business to come before the Committee, Marcy Benz seconded by Brian Igl moved to adjourn. Motion carried on unanimous vote and the Committee adjourned at 6:10.
