The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility • Employee evaluations 5. Reconvene in open session 6. Discuss and possibly take action on items from closed session 7. Future agenda items 8. Adjourn There may be a quorum of Village of Theresa Village Board Members in attendance at this meeting. However, no deliberation, or action will be taken by the Village Board Members not on the Finance and Personnel Committee at this meeting.
