Theresa Fire Commission Agenda Date: 9/15/2026 Regular Meeting I. Call to Order/Meeting Attendance II. Secretary’s Report and Approval of Minutes from July 21, 2026 meeting III. Treasurer's Report from Chairman and Approval of Minutes from July 21, 2026 meeting IV. Old Business A. Bylaw Changes returned from Village with suggested changes to be reviewed -no approval as we did not have notice from the Town as to their review and any changes. B. Duplicate billings from audit reviewed by Fire Department Secretary, Natalie Malicoat. Discussed findings and actions to be taken to remedy the duplicate payments. C. Worker’s Compensation Insurance Survey Copy Requested and will obtain V. New Business A. Voting of Officers postponed due to absences last meeting and tabled to September meeting agreed to all members present. Voting and/or appointment of Officers to be completed at meeting. We are still in need on one Village representative. B. Tire replacement on Engine 3461 C. 2027 Budget review, discussion and approval D. Discussion with possible action of Bylaw changes by the Village. Town of Theresa approved changes submitted by the Commission with no changes suggested. E. Future agenda items VI. Future Meetings A.
