Closed Session: The Board will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Roll Call Vote) a. Discuss options for 2026 Emergency Medical Services b. Discuss applicant(s) for Director of Public Works 4. Motion to return to open session 5. Take action on items resulting from closed session 6.
