CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE November 17th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Mathson, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Mayor Hauser; Administrator Morelan; and City Clerk-Treasurer, Karen Witte Absent: Johnson, Morris The Committee of the Whole met to discuss the 2026 budgets. Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented updates to the following 2026 budgets: Electric Water Sewer General City TID #2 TID #3 Development A summary of the proposed budgets for all funds was published in the Trempealeau County Times as required. The budget hearing and special council meeting will be held December 1, 2025.
