CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE November 4th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Mayor Hauser; City Clerk-Treasurer, Karen Witte The Committee of the Whole met to discuss 2026 Budgets. Electric Utility Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 Electric Utility budget. Water Utility Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 Water Utility budget. Sewer Utility Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 Sewer Utility budget and expenses shared with the City of Blair. General Fund Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 General Fund budget. The Council also discussed 2025 capital outlay projects that would require borrowing. TID #2 and TID #3 Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 TID budgets. Development Clerk-Treasurer Witte presented the draft of the 2026 Development budget. A summary of the draft budgets for all funds will be published in the Trempealeau County Times as required.
