NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF VILLAGE OF REESEVILLE A meeting of the Reeseville Community Center Board will be held on Tuesday July 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Reeseville Community Center, 406 North Main Street, Reeseville, WI. Public comments and input (please register before meeting) Note: Fifteen minutes will be set-aside for public comment/input. 1. Call Meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Public comments and input. 4. Approve agenda. 5. Secretary report. 6. Treasurer report. 7. Manager’s report. 8. Discuss/act on office door being unlocked (all keys stay with Deb manager). 9. Discuss/act on kitchen needs cleaning after every event 10. Discuss/act on landscape update. 11. Discuss/act on hail damage update. 12. Discuss/act on shared expenses with fire department for flooring restoration. 13. Discuss/act on possible euchre night or family game night. 14. Set next meeting date. 15. Adjourn. It is anticipated that a majority of Village Board members may attend this meeting; therefore, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MAJORITY OF THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING AND THAT THIS CONSTITUTES A MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD, ALTHOUGH THE BOARD MEMBERS WILL NOT TAKE ANY FORMAL ACTION AT THIS MEETING AS A VILLAGE BOARD.
