NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF VILLAGE OF REESEVILLE A meeting of the Reeseville Community Center Board will be held on Tuesday May 6, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Reeseville Community Center, 406 North Main Street, Reeseville, WI. Items for the agenda will be: Public comments and input (please register)1 1. Call Meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approve agenda. 4. Secretary report. 5. Treasurer report. 6. Discuss Bingo. 7. Elect/Appoint New RCC Board President 8. Discuss/decide new ideas and possible events. 9. Discuss/Decide bids on floor cleaning and any other maintenance and landscape issues 10. Set next meeting date and time. 11. Adjourn. 1Note: Fifteen minutes will be set-aside prior to the start of the regular meeting if necessary for citizen input and discussion (please register with the President or Chairman before the meeting). It is anticipated that a majority of Village Board members may attend this meeting; therefore, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MAJORITY OF THE VILLAGE BOARD WILL BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING AND THAT THIS CONSTITUTES A MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD, ALTHOUGH THE BOARD MEMBERS WILL NOT TAKE ANY FORMAL ACTION AT THIS MEETING AS A VILLAGE BOARD. Board members may make recommendations to be considered by the Village Board at their next meeting.
