CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE October 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. Whitehall Train Depot Jeff Hauser, Mayor, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris (6:40 arrival), Solsrud, Sunday Tom Madden, SEH, Inc. Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: Sendelbach Tom Madden of SEH, Inc. reviewed findings from the Facility Plan and went over various options available to the City of Whitehall including lemna lagoons, an oxidation ditch, and mechanical plants. A supplemental agreement will be brought before the Common Council on October 14th, 2025, for preliminary engineering work.
