CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE October 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Whitehall Fire Station Jeff Hauser, Mayor, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Solsrud, Sunday Mayor Hauser Whitehall Fire Department members: Jeremiah Pientok, Chad Schneider, John Berg, Alex Nysven Jack Speerstra, Town of Lincoln Chair Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: Sendelbach The Committee reviewed the Whitehall Fire Department year-to-date expenses for 2025 and their proposed 2026 operating budget, which showed a zero dollar increase from 2025 to 2026. The Fire Department would like there to be consideration of a brush truck purchase at an estimated cost of $63,000. The discussion on a proposed agreement with the Town of Lincoln for fire protection and inspection services was very general and limited to what had taken place at previous meetings.
