CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE September 17, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Sunday Mayor Hauser, Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Jay Shambeau, Innovative Public Advisors (virtually) Absent: Solsrud Council Member Mathson made a motion at 5:00 p.m. to go into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) (c), “Considering employment, promotion, compensation and performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility…”, specifically, for the purpose of interviewing two applicants for the position of City Administrator. Council Member Morris seconded, and the motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Sunday Nays – 0 Council Member Morris leaves the meeting at 6:35 p.m. President Sendelbach brought the meeting back into open session at 6:58 p.m. by unanimous consent.
