Authorize Clerk-Treasurer to issue Class “A”, “B”, and “C” Beer, Liquor, and Wine licenses for the period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, as published, and provided that the applicants have met all requirements 14. Authorize Clerk-Treasurer to issue all renewal and original operators licenses for the license year July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, provided that the applicant meets all requirements 15. Authorize Clerk-Treasurer to issue Cigarette, Tobacco, and Vaping Device Retail Licenses for the period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, as listed 16. Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c), “Considering employment, promotion, compensation and performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility...” for the purpose of reviewing performance evaluation data of officers within the Whitehall Police Department. 17.
