COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS April 22nd, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Special Meeting Council President Sendelbach, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Solsrud, Sunday Jeff Nussbaum and Isaac Steinmeyer, SHE; Kenny and Brandi Berg; Mark Dehnke, Assistant Publi Works Director; Kaitlynn Koval, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer; and Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: Mayor Hauser The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Upon unanimous consent the order of the agenda was amended to take item number four first. Council Member Solsrud made a motion to approve a Certified Survey Map for parcel 291-00348-0000, 18684 Blair Street, changing the parcel from one lot into two. Council Member Mathson seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Nays – 0 Council Member Johnson made a motion to approve the Supplemental Agreement with SEH, Inc. for Final Plans and Specifications on the Water Treatment Plant Project in the amount of $194,000.00.
