Consider/Approve Agreement with HD Tree Service, LLC, for use of the City of Whitehall Brush Site 8. Consider/Approve Licensing Agreement for Wireline Communications Attachments to Utility Poles with Brightspeed of Central Wisconsin, LLC 9.
