Roll Call: Present – Assessor Joe Denor, Administrator Benjamin Krumenauer, Director of Finance/Clerk- Treasurer Michelle Seidl, Director of Community Development Andrew Vissers, Director of Public Works Teal Spellman, Trustee Jackie Krull, Trustee Tom Murphy, Trustee John Sinkler Confirmation of Notice: Board of Review Notices were posted at the following locations: • Village Offices, 2828 Allouez Ave., Green Bay, WI 54311 (on posting board and entry door) • Village Hall, 3100 Eaton Rd., Green Bay, WI 54311 • Bank First, 2747 Manitowoc Rd., Green Bay, WI 54311 • www.villageofbellevuewi.gov Selection of Chairman: Motion made by Trustee Tom Murphy with a second made by Trustee Jackie Krull to appoint Trustee John Sinkler as Chairman for the Board of Review. Motion carried. Selection of Vice Chairman: Motion made by Director of Finance/Clerk-Treasurer Michelle Seidl with a second made by Trustee Tom Murphy to appoint Trustee Jackie Krull as Vice - Chairman for the Board of Review. Motion carried. Adjournment to Later Date: Motion made by Director of Finance/Clerk-Treasurer Michelle Seidl with a second made by Trustee Jackie Krull to adjourn the Board of Review until Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., or until the Village reassessment is complete.
