The meeting will take place at the Whitehall Train Depot, 36295 Main Street, Whitehall. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to order 2. Discuss 2025 Budgets - a. Electric Utility b. Development Portions of the meeting may be held in Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c), “Considering employment, promotion, compensation and performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility...” for the purpose of discussing 2025 employee wages and benefits. 3.
