COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS October 9th, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. Special Meeting Mayor Hauser, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Sunday Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: Solsrud Consider/Approve purchase of parcel 291-00196-0000 with the property address of 18587 Blair Street in the amount of $85,000 plus closing costs for the Whitehall Community Library. The Whitehall Library Board has approved the purchase with funds coming from the Library Capital Campaign Account. Council Member Johnson moved to approve the purchase with Jeff Hauser, as Mayor, authorized to sign the Purchase Agreement, and all documents related to the purchase and closing.
