NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING REGARDING REVIEWING THE ANNUAL REPORTS FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NOS. 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, AND 10 AND THE CREATION OF TID NO. 11 IN THE CITY OF KAUKAUNA, WISCONSIN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, a meeting of the Joint Review Board for the City of Kaukauna, Outagamie County, Wisconsin will be held at the Municipal Services Building, 144 W 2nd Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, pursuant to the requirement §66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of reviewing the annual reports for Tax Increment District (TID) Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 until they terminate. Additionally, a proposed project plan and boundary creation of TID No. 11 will be introduced. The meeting is open to the public. AGENDA 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call of Joint Review Board Representatives. 3. Review and consideration of minutes from the meeting from December 9th, 2020. 4. Review Annual Reports for TID Nos. 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. 5. Review Proposed Project Plan and Boundary for No. 11. 6. Adjournment.
