500 Hendricks Rezoning Public Notice 1

CITY OF KAUKAUNA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Common Council of the City of Kaukauna on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the remote teleconference meeting of the Common Council to consider the rezoning of property located at 500 Hendricks Avenue, Kaukauna. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed amendment. City staff recommends the property described below be rezoned to appropriately reflect a new land use of the property located at 500 Hendricks Avenue, Kaukauna from Commercial Core District to Residential-Two Family. The area of land proposed to be rezoned is described more fully as: ALL OF LOTS ELEVEN, TWELVE, THIRTEEN, AND FOURTEEN, OF BLOCK NINETEEN, LEDYARD PLAT, LESS THE NORTHEAST 180 FEET THEREOF, CITY OF KAUKAUNA, OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WISCONSIN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED ASSESSOR’S MAP OF SAID CITY. Persons wishing to submit comments with regard to the rezoning request are encouraged to join the meeting by telephone or by computer or smart device with meeting access information posted on the meeting agenda in accordance with Open Meetings law. Persons unable to attend the public hearing but who wish to comment may do so by contacting the City of Kaukauna Planning Department by mail at P.O.
