MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY ROOM June 1, 2026 The special board meeƟng of the Village Board, of the Village of Strum, Trempealeau County, was held in the Village Community Room on June 1, 2026 MeeƟng called to order: The meeƟng was called to order by the Village President, Dean Boehne at 5:30 pm. Village Clerk, Tish Nelson, took the minutes of the meeƟng. The following board members were present: Berge, Hanson, Maki (late), Rindal. Absent: Schiefelbein, Thompson. Open MeeƟng Law Requirements have been complied with: President Boehne announced the open meeƟng laws have been met for the meeƟng. CommiƩees a. Public Works i. The contract for Oium Blacktop graƟng and paving Robbe Ct was discussed by the board. A moƟon was made by Maki, seconded by Hanson to approve David Berge’s signature on the contract and the bid amount. Approval of checks and vouchers A moƟon was made by Hanson, seconded by Berge to approve the checks and vouchers as presented. Adjournment A moƟon was made by Berge to adjourn at 5:53pm.
