MINUTES OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY HALL APRIL 22, 2024 The special board meeting of the Village Board, of the Village of Strum, Wisconsin, Trempealeau County, was held in the Village Community Room on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6 pm. Meeting called to order: The meeting was called to order by Village President Boehne at 6:00pm. Village Clerk, Tish Nelson, took the minutes of the meeting. The following board members were present: Bjerke, Rindal, Thompson, Hanson, Berge. Absent: Stendahl. Open meeting law requirements: President Boehne announced the open meeting law requirements have been met for the meeting. Appearances by Citizens and others: a) Taylor Rathke- Temp B Alcohol License for Bullfrogs Baseball Games, beginning May 1 through September 30. Taylor reported cooler currently unusable, so coolers will be used until new unit can be purchased. Coolers will be taken offsite after each game either with Taylor or in locked storage shed. Also, Taylor has been working with 2 wholesale retailers to acquire cases to fill the coolers. Motion to approve by Thompson, seconded by Berge. Motion Carried. Motion made by Rindal, seconded by Thompson to Adjourn. Motion carried at 6:03pm.
