MINUTES CAUCUS VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY ROOM January 8, 2024 The caucus meeting of the Village Board, of the Village of Strum, Wisconsin, Trempealeau County, was held in the Village Community Room on Monday, January 8, 2024 Meeting called to order: The meeting was called to order by Village President, Dean Boehne at 6:15 p.m. Village Board Trustee, Sherry Bjerke, took the minutes of the meeting. The following board members were present: Berge, Thompson, Stendahl, Nelson, and Bjerke. Absent: Rindahl. Open Meeting Law Requirements Have Been Complied with: Present Boehne announced the open meetings law requirements have been met for the meeting. Three Village Trustee positions are up for reelection. Motioned Chuck Thompson nominated Josh Stendahl Dave Berge nominated Sherry Bjerke Matt Nelson – Turned in the appropriate documentation for Non-Candidacy Josh Stendahl nominated Mark Bartow Sherry Bjerke nominated Luke Hanson Motion made by Stendahl, seconded by Bjerke to move close the Caucus. Motion carried. Adjournment: A motion was made by Berge, seconded by Thompson to adjourn the Caucus Meeting.
