Approval of Minutes - January 14, 2026 4. Approval of Financial Report - January 2026 5. Plan Commission Report 6. Fire and EMS Updates 7. Jefferson County Supervisor or Sheriff’s Dept. Updates 8. Announcements and Meeting Updates - Town Board members will be given the opportunity to make announcements in regards to activities taken since the previous meeting on behalf of the community, future activities, and citizen contacts. It is not contemplated that these matters will be discussed or acted on but referrals to the appropriate authorized personnel will be made. 9. Public Comments - limited to 3 minutes per person, with time extensions per the Chief presiding officer’s discretion, per person; after the public comments are completed, there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments. 10. Request by Dean's Eggs Inc. dba Nature Link Farms LLC for conditional use to allow for expansion of existing poultry operation from 2,900 animal units to 9,225 animal units located at N5358 State Road 89, parcel 002-0714-3034-001 & 002-0714-3043-000. b. Petition to Amend Zoning Ordinance: Request by Cynthia Pitzner to rezone from A-1 to A-3 to create a 4.1-acre farm consolidation around existing house and outbuildings at N5566 County Road N, parcel 002-0714-2624-000. c. Preliminary Review for Certified Survey submitted by Cynthia Pitzner Trust ℅ Cynthia Pitzner. A division of land located in Government Lot 6 of Section 26, Township 7N, Range 14E, Town of Aztalan, Jefferson County WI on Parcel Number 002-0714-2624-000 d. Review the petition to abandon North St. (referred to as ‘easement’ in the petition) submitted by Joe Pappa e. To approve the Alcohol Beverage Operator's License Applications submitted by Tammy Gleesing and Monica Root f. To approve 2026 WTA District Meeting attendance; $65/person g. To approve attendance at Safety Day Training sponsored by the Jefferson County Hwy Dept; $50/person h. To approve Road Work: proposal for shoulder retrieval by the Jefferson County Hwy Dept on the following roads: Junction Rd (includes W. Junction, Junction, and E. Junction), Jefferson Rd, Indian Head Dr (from Joe Turley Way to River Hill Dr), Ziebell Rd (from Hwy B to Hwy N), and Harvey Rd. i. To approve purchase of four (4) rear tires and one (1) rim to be used on the International trucks j. Shoveling/plowing snow across town roads and/or filling ditches with snow; possibly adopting a policy to enforce WI SS 346.94(5) k. Review draft of Driveway/Road Access Ordinance 11.
