MAY 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6pm Town of Alban Storage Facility Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:06p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Joe Kaminski Informal Public Comment Time : None. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the April Meeting Minutes : Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to approve the minutes from April 14, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Construction of Salt Shed : Authorization to construct a salt shed was passed at the April 21, 2026 Annual Meeting. Oksuita will work on specs for a 40’x60’ salt shed. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to put it out for bids when specs are completed. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Participation in the Local Government Investment Pool: Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to participate in the Local Government Investment Pool and deposit $100,000 that is currently in our Community First Bank money market account. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Spring Recycling Event : Our first recycling event was held on Saturday, April 25th and Kaminski reported that it went very well. Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to hold another recycling event with Wellers in April of 2027. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Road Inspection Dates: Oksuita and Kaminski will work on road inspections. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: New hire is working out well. Joe is working on culvert end walls on Tree Lake Rd. Next Meeting : Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at CWEC at 6:00pm. Adjournment: Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Oksuita to adjourn the meeting at 6:18pm. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
