Announcements and Meeting Updates - Town Board members will be given the opportunity to make announcements in regards to activities taken since the previous meeting on behalf of the community, future activities, and citizen contacts. It is not contemplated that these matters will be discussed or acted on but referrals to the appropriate authorized personnel will be made. 9. Public Comments on Agenda Items Only - limited to 3 minutes per person on agenda items only, with time extensions per the Chief presiding officer’s discretion, per person; after the public comments are completed, there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments. 10.
