3. Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Town Board will convene into
closed
session
pursuant
to
Wisconsin
Statutes
Section
19.85(1)
(c)
Considering
employment,
promotion,
compensation
or
performance
evaluation
data
of
any
public
employee
over
which
the
governmental
body
has
jurisdiction
or
exercises
responsibility,
specifically
to
interview
candidates
for
the
position
of
full
or
part
time
employment.
4. Following the closed session, the Town Board will reconvene into open session and may further discuss
and
take
action
on
matters
discussed
in
closed
session.
