The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow for a mixed-use apartment building of approximately 60 units with a commercial component and open space . The original General Implementation Plan included 2-flats, community space, and live/work unit s for a total of 32 units. The final unit count is subject to Site Plan Review after the rezoning process.
