Minutes Town of New Hope Board Meeting for 2026 Budget 6:25 p.m. Immediately after Public Hearing and Special Meeting of Town Electors Wednesday, November 19, 2025 North New Hope Church, 845 County Road T North, Amherst Junction WI Members Present: Chair Todd Knepfel, Supervisors Timm Raddatz and Ray Reser Also Present: Treasurer Dorene Stolpa, Clerk Pat Zellmer, Norm Groshek, Dave Swenson 1. Call to order. Chair Knepfel called the Board meeting to order at 6:25 pm. 2. Approval of minutes. a. Supervisor Reser moved to accept the minutes from the Initial Budget workshop as written, seconded by Supervisor Raddatz. Motion carried 3-0-0. b. Supervisor Reser made a motion to accept the minutes from the Final Budget workshop as written, seconded by Supervisor Raddatz. Motion carried 3-0-0. 3. Discussion and Approval of 2026 Budget. Supervisor Raddatz made a motion to accept the 2026 Budget Proposal as written, seconded by Supervisor Reser. Motion carried 3-0-0. 4. Adjournment. The Budget meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
