Drexel Ave. Proposal: The proposed amendment would change the City of Oak Creek 2020 Comprehensive Plan Land Use category from Industrial to Mixed Use for the property located at 900 W. Drexel Ave. Legal Description: (Per Title Commitment No. CO-14692) Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8065 recorded June 3, 2008 as Document No. 9620153, being a re-division of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6809, being a part of the Southeast ¼ and the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 22 East in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin. The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for July 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
