Town of Spooner WASHBURN COUNTY – WISCONSIN August 13 2026 6:00pm Spooner Town Hall N6124 Blooming Vale Road, Spooner MINUTES REGULAR BOARD MEETING Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frankiewicz. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Chairman Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson , Supervisor Chris Thompson, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Betsy Lambert. Others present: Dale L., Mabi P., Audrey K. Minutes of July Regular Meeting: Motion to approve: Supervisor Johnson, Second Supervisor Thompson, motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Money Market account is in good shape. Amount town is receiving from county will be late due to cyber attack. Communication: Public Comments: Mabi P. comments on website and contact info issues. Dale L. regarding rezoning issues. Audrey K. asking for town hall not to be used by the public after the public test for voting equipment and until the election is held. Old Business: None New Business: None Highway Update and Expenditures: Dilly Lake Road is done. Parking lot lines at town hall have been repainted. Payment of Bills: Motion by Supervisor Johnson to approve the payment of bills Second by Supervisor Thompson motion carried unanimously.
