SMALL CLAIMS COMMITTEE MINUTES May 19, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. 1. Mayor Bukiewicz called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. Committee members present were Mayor Bukiewicz and Ald. Haase. City Clerk Roeske was excused. Also in attendance was Assistant Director of Public Works Tyler Buerger, Director of Public Works Matt Trebatoski, and Deputy Clerk Christa Miller. 3. Ald. Haase, seconded by Mayor Bukiewicz, moved to approve the 2/16/2026 minutes. On roll call, all voted aye. 4. Mayor Bukiewicz, seconded by Ald. Haase, moved to deny the Notice of Claim submitted by Jacob Weise, 2191 W. Hope Ln., Oak Creek, WI 53154, in the amount of $300.00 for front yard damage sustained during municipal snow removal operations and directed staff to repair and reseed the affected areas referenced in the claim.
