CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briesemeister called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. 2. ROLL CALL Alderpersons present: Maass, Backes, Bukowski, Pieper, Bartoshevich, Clark, Euteneier Alderperson excused: Olechowski 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 4. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Discussion on the following items: A. Economic Development 1) *Consideration of the negotiation strategies related to the second amendment to the development agreement with Scott Crawford, Inc. 2) *Consideration of a proposed agreement related to contributing funds to the relocation of the Kelly Senior Center. *The Common Council may convene into closed session regarding the following items pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to consider the purchasing of public properties, investing of public funds, or to conduct other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Common Council may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. RESULT: Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) to consider the purchasing of public properties, investing of public funds, or to conduct other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
