CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. NEW BUSINESS Discussion/possible action on the following items: A. Consideration of updates to position descriptions for the positions of Librarian, Library Assistant and Library Shelver and the creation of a new position description for Circulation Coordinator. B. *Consideration of pay step placement for Distribution and Collections Technician Erik Elmer for placement beyond Step 5 of pay grade G pursuant to the Compensation Determination Policy. *The Committee may convene into closed session regarding this item pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. 8.
