Murray Ave.) Written comments on any of the following items may be submitted to pad@shorewoodwi.gov through 3:00 pm the day prior to the meeting. Comments received prior to the deadline will be shared with the Design Review Board. Comments after that deadline will need to be shared verbally within the meeting during available public comment periods. 1. Call to order. 2. Approval of the July 23, 2026 meeting minutes. 3. Further consideration of the application and plans on file for the installation of exterior lighting at commercial property 4433 N. Oakland Ave. 4. Consideration of the application and plan on file for the construction of a canopy roof structure at residential property 1919 E. Kensington Blvd. 5. Consideration of the application and plan on file for a second-floor rear addition at residential property 4343 N. Alpine Ave. 6. Consideration of the application and plan on file for the expansion/modification of an existing rear one story addition at residential property 3917 N. Prospect Ave. 7. Consideration of the application and plan on file for a design adjustment as allowed per 535- 23G(2) related to the screening of mechanical equipment on the street façade as required in 535-23G(5) at commercial property 2500 E.
