Town of Spooner WASHBURN COUNTY – WISCONSIN August 12 2025 6pm Spooner Town Hall N6124 Blooming Vale Road, Spooner MINUTES REGULAR BOARD MEETING Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frankiewicz. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Chairman Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson Supervisor Chris Thompson, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Betsy Lambert. Others present: Wayne P. Minutes of July Regular Meeting: Motion to approve: Supervisor Thompson, Second Supervisor Johnson, motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Bills paid and up to date. Will be receiving second installment from taxes. Communication: None Public Comments: Wayne P. asking about signs and road work starting date for Park Place. Supervisor Johnson has ordered signs and will call on signs and road work starting time frame. Old Business: None New Business: None Highway Update and Expenditures: Supervisor Johnson will call regarding Yellow Sands road work start date. Payment of Bills: Motion by Supervisor Thompson to approve the payment of bills Second by Supervisor Johnson motion carried unanimously. Next Regular Board Meeting Date: September 9 2025 6pm Future Agenda Items: Reimbursement rates for board members. Discussion of whether to continue boat launch fees.
