Comments received prior to the deadline will be shared with the Design Review Board. Comments after that deadline will need to be shared verbally within the meeting during available public comment periods. 1. Call to order. 2. Approval of the June 11, 2026 meeting minutes. 3. Consideration of the application and plan on file for the removal of a window (south elevation) at residential property 4321 N. Farwell Avenue. 4. Consideration of the application and plan on file for façade alterations at commercial property 2514 E. Capitol Drive. 5. Further consideration of the application and plans on file for the installation of a front yard patio at residential property 1557 E. Lake Bluff Blvd. 6. Further consideration of the application and plan on file for the conversion of a second-story door to a window at residential property 2226 E. Newton Avenue. 7. Future agenda items. 8. Adjournment.
