Town of Spooner WASHBURN COUNTY – WISCONSIN January 14 2025 following caucus Spooner Town Hall N6124 Blooming Vale Road, Spooner MINUTES REGULAR BOARD MEETING Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Frankiewicz. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present: Chairman Gary Frankiewicz, Supervisor Jon Johnson, Supervisor Miles Macone, Treasurer Joan Avery, Clerk Leslie Arf Others present: Chris Thompson, Rick Seckora, Joseph Baneck, Pauline Baneck Minutes of December Regular Meeting: Motion to approve: Supervision Johnson, Second Supervisor Macone, motion passed. Treasurer’s Report: Everything is in order. Nothing new to report. Correspondence: Liquor License change for Spooner Golf Course. Mabi Plisky has retired from Election Inspector position Public Comments: None Old Business NONE New Business: Appointment of Election Inspector, Audrey Kevan. Motion by Chairman Frankiewicz, seconded by Supervisor Johnson. Motion passed Highway Update and Expenditures: Salt and Sand last Saturday, branches on Spooner Lake Rd were taken care of. Sold tractor for $4800. Fire inspection at Town Hall passed. Exit light needs replacing, Need new extinguisher Payment of Bills: Motion by Supervisor Macone to approve the payment of bills Second by Johnson motion carried unanimously. Next Regular Board Meeting Date: February 11 2025 Future Agenda Items: Revisit Boat Launch Fees Adjourn: Motion by Supervisor Johnson, seconded by Supervisor Macone.
