MERCHANTS OF WHITEFISH BAY (BID) BOARD MEMBERS MEETING MINUTES September 4, 2026 Whitefish Bay Village Hall Present: Charlie Stalle, Rahim Keval, Joy Vertz, Lexie Deblitz, Jeff Commer, Jamie Lynn Fritsch, Stephen Vebber, Kevin Schuk and Andrew Garcia. Absent: Cathy Panas, Anna Christopherson, Ted Balistreri and Kelsey McElroy. 8:36 a.m. Meeting called to order by Charlie Stalle. Minutes approved for 8-7-26 by Jeff Commer, seconded by Kevin Schuk. Petitions and Communications ● N/A Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation ● Andrew Garcia reported that there are seven board members rolling off this year and encouraged the BID to share the opportunity with their networks. Finance -Rahim Keval ● N/A Executive Director Report - Lexie Deblitz ● The board unanimously recommends removing Silver Spring meters immediately with a trial on parking duration between October 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027.
